Brett Frederick, Managing Director of Newpoint Advisors Corporation, has more than 20 years of experience providing Controller & CFO services, corporate turnaround, forensic accounting, fraud detection, and bankruptcy advisory services. Mr. Frederick has served as Chief Financial Officer for businesses experiencing difficult operational and financial issues. His areas of expertise include interpreting financial data, fraud detection and deterrence, and the creation and implementation of turnaround plans.
Mr. Frederick has testified in federal bankruptcy court matters and provided material litigation support in civil and criminal matters. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University.
