Mark Ruday is a business operations executive who partners with small-to-medium sized companies and helps them develop and implement innovative practices and efficiency initiatives resulting in bottom line profits and organizational excellence. After working in multiple industries and functional roles, Mark understands the importance of helping business leaders to operate strategically while remaining grounded in details, resulting in strong operational execution and measurable results. As CEO, Mark successfully managed Wellman, Inc. through Chapter 11 bankruptcy and operationally transformed the company, significantly improving the financial results, and sold the business at a healthy premium for investors.

Mark is a certified CPA and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Organizational Behavior Management from Brown University and a Master’s in Accounting from Bryant University.
