Managing Director

Nick Iconos is a Managing Director who works with creditors, lenders, business owners, and stakeholders to guide businesses through complex financial challenges and restructuring situations.

Nick believes the best restructuring and turnaround work begins with trust. He views his role as bringing clarity, objectivity, and practical solutions that help clients move forward with confidence, grounded in rigorous financial analysis, clear communication, and a collaborative approach.

Prior to Newpoint Advisors, Nick served as a Director in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice at FTI Consulting, where he advised numerous lender groups and financial institutions on complex restructuring and turnaround engagements across a wide range of industries.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
