Tim Stone has 20-plus years of combined experience in Restructuring, Forensic Accounting, Bankruptcy Consulting, Litigation Support, insurance accounting, and other financial management areas. Over his career, Tim has been instrumental in executing various complex restructuring, litigation, forensic accounting, and bankruptcy assignments, such as mergers and acquisitions support, investigation of the accounting practices, and forensic accounting investigation.

He served as the United States Bankruptcy Court Subchapter V Trustee for the Middle District of Tennessee and as the Financial Advisor to Chapter 11 Trustees, supervised an FDIC structured sale, acted as Assistant Restructuring Officer, and as Interim CFO. He has been involved in numerous other engagements, including creating cash flow models, preparing the monthly operating report and various bankruptcy filings, tax analysis, business consultation services, facilitating the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns, analyzing books and records, and implementing new operational objectives.
