Managing Director

Tyler Brasher is a Managing Director who works with distressed businesses, lenders, creditor committees, and court-appointed fiduciaries to stabilize performance, improve liquidity, and navigate financial distress.

Tyler believes that practical, hands-on financial insight, delivered clearly and at every stage of the process, is what helps organizations survive periods of uncertainty and maximize recovery.

Tyler has served in both advisory and operating roles, including Corporate Controller and acting Chief Financial Officer, and has worked extensively with healthcare organizations across the continuum of care, including situations involving bankruptcy, receiverships, and litigation support.

Tyler is pursuing the Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) certification through AIRA.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Martin.
